Few plates and bowls in Hal­i­fax are this green. Hal­i­fax’s much-loved ve­gan and veg­e­tar­ian restau­rant pre­pares its lo­cal and or­ganic cen­tric dishes with a se­ri­ous fo­cus on nat­u­ral—mean­ing th­ese eats are fresh, un­re­fined and un­pro­cessed.
