This sparkling quencher for a sunny af­ter­noon kicks up your lo­cal cider with a lit­tle ex­tra flavour.

In­gre­di­ents

6 oz Bul­wark orig­i­nal cider

3 oz ginger beer

3 oz lo­cal cran­berry juice

cran­ber­ries, for garnish

crushed ice (op­tional)

Method

Com­bine the cider, ginger beer and cran­berry juice to­gether. If de­sired, float cran­ber­ries on top for a garnish. Serve chilled, or over crushed ice.

In­gre­di­ent amounts can be ad­justed ac­cord­ingly, de­pend­ing on how strong of a ginger/spice taste is de­sired.
