This sparkling quencher for a sunny afternoon kicks up your local cider with a little extra flavour.
6 oz Bulwark original cider
3 oz ginger beer
3 oz local cranberry juice
cranberries, for garnish
crushed ice (optional)
Combine the cider, ginger beer and cranberry juice together. If desired, float cranberries on top for a garnish. Serve chilled, or over crushed ice.
Ingredient amounts can be adjusted accordingly, depending on how strong of a ginger/spice taste is desired.
