One hundred per cent of the proceeds from the walk go directly towards the Lions Foundation of Canada and its Dog Guide programs.

The Foundation trains Dog Guides to help people who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, or who have other medical or physical disabilities.

The Foundation does not receive any government funding.
