A. Clayton; son: By­ron; brothers: Al­bert and Her­bert Noel; sis­ter: Alyson Pot­tle. Left to mourn, one daugh­ter: Sylvia Peach, Car­bon­ear; one son: Barry (Brenda), Car­bon­ear; three grand­chil­dren: Jen­nifer, Alyson and Laura; one brother: Selby Noel, Toronto, ON; one sis­ter: Emily O’Grady, Car­bon­ear; sis­ters-in-law: Dorothy (Les­lie) Slade, Syd­ney, NS and Jean Cas­teel, South Dakota, USA; spe­cial friend: Dorothy Gilling­ham, Lux­ury Es­tates, Car­bon­ear; also a large num­ber of other rel­a­tives and friends. CHUBBS, Shirley A. — Passed peace­fully away sur­rounded by her lov­ing fam­ily at the Car­bon­ear Gen­eral Hos­pi­tal on Tues­day, Fe­bru­ary 22, 2011, Shirley A. Chubbs of Car­bon­ear, age 81 years. Pre­de­ceased by hus­band: Joseph; daugh­ter: Laura. Left to mourn, two daugh­ters: Donna (Peter) Doo­ley, Car­bon­ear and Cathy (Derek) Oates, Cor­ner Brook; two sons: Glenn (Wanda), Mount Pearl and Lloyd (Lo­ri­ann), Car­bon­ear; six grand­chil­dren: Chastity (Andrew), Brian, Ch­eryl, Re­becca, Chelsea and Claire; one great-grand­daugh­ter: Ella; one brother: Ch­ester Mur­ray, Car­bon­ear; three sis­ters: He­len Barrett, Car­bon­ear, Irene (Ed­ward) Tay­lor and Max­ine Sey­mour, both of Har­bour Grace; sis­ter-in-law: Nita Chubbs, Car­bon­ear; also a large num­ber of other rel­a­tives and friends.
