MAR­JORIE BOUTCHER — Passed peace­fully away at the Har­bour Lodge Nurs­ing Home, Car­bon­ear on Thurs­day, Oc­to­ber 20, 2011, Mar­jorie Boutcher of Car­bon­ear, age 85 years. Pre­de­ceased by hus­band: Wilson; par­ents: Josiah and Bertha Davis and daugh­ter- in- law: Janet; sis­ter: Anne Davis. Left to mourn, three daugh­ters: He­len ( Vin­cent) Hol­loway, North Vancouver, Lorna (Lonzel) But­ton, Har­bour Grace and Wendy (Ge­orge) Snow, Car­bon­ear; one son: Dun­can, Vic­to­ria; nine grand­chil­dren: Steven, Todd, Leah, David ( Kel­ley), Su­san ( Ja­son), Christo­pher, Katie, Cory (Deanne) and Jody (Deanne); seven great­grand­chil­dren: Meghan, Hil­lary, Kyle, Erica, Alyssa, Sa­van­nah and Olivia; four broth­ers: Fred, Clyde ( Yvonne), Sam (Dorothy) and Everette (Eve­lyn); three sis­ters: Florence Perry, Carol ( Bob) Wilkin­son and Glenys (Don) Mc­neil; also a large num­ber of other rel­a­tives and friends. Rested at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Car­bon­ear. Rev. Mark Janes con­ducted the funeral ser­vice on Mon­day, Oc­to­ber 24 at St. James Angli­can Church, Car­bon­ear. In­ter­ment took place in the In­ter­faith Ceme­tery, Car­bon­ear. Do­na­tions in her mem­ory may be made to St. James Angli­can Church, Car­bon­ear.
