ADAMS, JOHN WIL­LIAM— Passed away af­ter a short ill­ness in the pres­ence of his fam­ily on Wed­nes­day, Novem­ber 23, 2011 at the Health Sciences Cen­tre, age 76 years. Pre­de­ceased by his par­ents Thomas and Gla­dys Adams, sis­ters Bertha and Jean Adams. Leav­ing to mourn with fond and lov­ing mem­o­ries his wife of 52 years Mar­garet, sons: Paul (Claudia) and Murray; grand­chil­dren: Ryan, An­drea and Bran­don. Sis­ters: Ma­rina (Vic­tor), Eve­lyn (Mal­colm), Bertha (Ray­mond), Glenys (Bill), Mar­garet ( Johnny); broth­ers-in-law: Free­man (Betty) and Ray­mond; sis­ter-in-law: Frances (Keith) as well as many nieces, neph­ews and friends. Rest­ing at Lynch’s Funeral Home, Spa­niard’s Bay. Vis­i­ta­tion was Fri­day, Nov. 25, Satur­day, Nov. 26 and Sun­day, Nov. 27. Funeral ser­vice was sched­uled for Sun­day, Nov. 27 at 2 p. m. from St. Peter’s Angli­can Church, Up­per Is­land Cove. In­ter­ment to fol­low at the Angli­can Ceme­tery, Up­per Is­land Cove. SAMUEL BRYANT — Passed peace­fully away at the St. Paul’s Hos­pi­tal in Saskatoon, Sask. on Fri­day, Nov. 4, 2011, age 66 years. Pre­de­ceased by, fa­ther & mother, Phillip & Gertrude Bryant, sis­ter Marie His­cock, and three brother-in-laws, El­dred Stans­ford, Michael Hickey, and Don­ald Pin­horn. Leav­ing to mourn his lov­ing part­ner Margie Gall and fam­ily, Tyrell Lake, Sask., daugh­ter Dana War­ren, and two grand­sons Alex and Daniel, all of Toronto, On­tario. Two broth­ers Ge­orge ( Betty) Bryant, and Phillip Bryant, all of New Per­li­can. Five sis­ters, Flor­rie Stans­ford, Mount Pearl, Blanche (Bernard) Rice, New Per­li­can, Nel­lie Pin­horn, Win­ter­ton, Kay (Bob) Green, Hant’s Har­bour, and Patsy (Terry) Stans­ford, also of New Per­li­can. Also one brother-in-law, Wal­lace His­cock, Win­ter­ton, and two spe­cial aunts, Blanche Abbott, St. John’s, and Ma­bel Critch, Hant’s Har­bour. Also a large num­ber of other rel­a­tives, and friends. Cre­ma­tion has taken place, and funeral ar­range­ments will be an­nounced at a later date.
