Pre­de­ceased by hus­band: Leonard, son: Leonard, broth­ers: Ce­cil, Nor­man, Ge­orge, Ed­ward and Marvin, sis­ters: Ruby and Janie. SOOLEY, JOSEPH MAXWELL (Oct 31, 1933 - June 10 2012) — Af­ter a short bat­tle with cancer, it is with great sad­ness that we an­nounce the pass­ing of Max Sooley, of Heart’s Con­tent. Max is sur­vived by his wife of 60 years Jean and his chil­dren: Dave (Char­lene), Ida, Greg (Bon­nie), Cur­tis (Leanne), Al (Lynn), Rick (Ellen), and Au­drey (Eugene) as well as 14 grand­chil­dren and 10 great grand­chil­dren. Max is also sur­vived by his sib­lings Sadie (Alec Rowe), Ma­bel ( Jack Smith), and Beat­tie all of Heart’s Con­tent, NL and his brother-in-law Cur­tis Benson ( Jane) of Cal­gary AB. Max is pre­de­ceased by his par­ents Ralph & Elsie, his grand­son Paul Bouchard, his sis­ters Greta and Ida (Reg Evely), his brother Lloyd (Rose) and his brother-in-law Doug Benson.
