Fun and Fitness
St. Paul’s Church Hall, Harbour Grace, offers a program for men and women to improve flexibility, strength and balance using stretches, exercises and indoor walking. Sessions begin at 9:45 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday. Proceeds donated to church projects.

Members of Tricon Club Bell Aliant Telephone Pioneers delivered 36 backpacks to six schools in the Trinity Conception region on Aug. 29. This was made possible through Bell Aliant’s Backpacks For Kids Programme. Schools benefitting from the program included St. Peter’s Elementary in Upper Island Cove, All Hallows Elementary in North River, Immaculate Conception Elementary in Colliers, Whitbourne Elementary, Acreman Elementary in Green’s Harbour, and Persalvic Elementary in Victoria.
