Morrow & Morrow three­p­eat as cham­pi­ons


The Bay Robers 19-and-over men’s slo-pitch league con­cluded a suc­cess­ful sea­son Sept. 27 af­ter Morrow & Morrow capped off a 4-0 sweep in its best-of-seven se­ries with Eco­foam to take the ti­tle at the Wil­bur Sparkes Re­cre­ation Com­plex. The champi- on­ship marked the third straight league ti­tle for Morrow & Morrow. In the first game of the dou­ble-header, the de­fend­ing champs de­feated Eco­foam by a score of 8-1 to take a 3-0 se­ries lead. In the sec­ond game, Morrow & Morrow got the brooms out with a 14-4 vic­tory. The Com­pass was there to take in all of the ac­tion. Here are some scenes:
