Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
Group sessions planned for Heart’s Delight-Islington town hall, Thursday afternoons 1-3:30 p.m., running March 21 to April 25. This FREE program has helped many people to better manage their own health and live healthier lives. The goal of the workshop is to help you take control of your health. Scheduled for The Princess Sheila NaGeira Theatre in Carbonear on April 19 at 8 p.m. Perform- ance by the Avalon Sleeveens. All proceeds go to “This Little Light,” an anti-bullying program by the Masonic Lodge Heart’s Content.
The newly formed Avalon Community Theatre will perform The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie on Saturday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Harbour Grace Primary. Rehearsals are being held every Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The group is seeking assistance in a variety of areas, including backstage helpers. Walk for Memories
