GET DIRTY, BUT RIDE SAFE

1. Once you are in the fa­cil­ity, you have to stay. Bikes must be trans­ported in by truck or trailer and are not al­lowed on first pond road. 2. All bikes must be safe and in fit proper con­di­tion. 3. All bikes must have num­bers to prac­tice, no ex­cep­tions. 4. All rid­ers must sign waivers be­fore en­ter­ing track. 5. Any­one found us­ing the track when not open will be charged with tres­pass­ing and banned from the track. 6. Dogs to be kept on leash at all times. 7. Bikes be­ing rid­den to the track or back to the pit area at idle speed only. 8. Rid­ers must ad­here to the in­struc­tions of track per­son­nel. 9. Rid­ers must en­ter and exit the track through proper gates. 10. Use of al­co­hol or con­trolled sub­stances is pro­hib­ited by rid­ers. Sus­pi­cion of use will re­sult in im­me­di­ate ejec­tion. 11. In­ten­tional take-outs, or ex­tremely rough rid­ing will not be tol­er­ated. 12. One di­rec­tion of travel around the track only. 13. No dou­ble rid­ing al­lowed. 14. Mi­nors us­ing the track must be ac­com­pa­nied by an adult. 15. Spec­ta­tors must stay out of the fenced track area. 16. Re­quired gear for use of track: Hel­met, gog­gles, gloves, rid­ing boots and pants. No short sleeve jer­seys.

Rac­ers turn a cor­ner dur­ing a re­cent in­ter­me­di­ate di­vi­sion race at the Riverview Mo­tocross fa­cil­ity in But­lerville, Bay Roberts. Races are held at the track, the only one of its kind in the prov­ince since the Bell Is­land track was aban­doned two years ago, twice a month through­out the sum­mer.
