Message from Gwen Tucker Founder, Keyin College

The Compass - - KEYIN COLLEGE -

As the Founder of Keyin College (1980), I would like to congratulate Margaret and her Carbonear Campus team on celebrating their 25th Anniversary!

When Margaret joined our Keyin Family 25 years ago, she hit the ground running and her little feet have not stopped since. She knew what she wanted to do and she did it! If Margaret had been an athlete in another life, she would have been a runner...a hurdler...because she has jumped so many hurdles to get to the finish line. I’ve watched her and admired her tenacity in confronting her challenges and surpassing them. She’s cried and she’s laughed...but she beat them. Bravo Girl!!!!!

Margaret

has

always shared my philosophy that if you look after your students, they will look after you - I believe that so strongly, as does she.

The Carbonear Campus also promotes the instilling of community involvement in our overall student development making our graduates better people as they enter the workplace.

I consider Margaret a dear friend and colleague. Watching her grow the Carbonear Campus has been like watching her nurture a child…with affection and guidance.

Margaret, Thank you so much for all you have done and overcome to bless

your community through “the little schoolhouse on the hill”. Warmest Wishes

Gwen
