Blue grass and old time
There will be blue grass and old time country music entertainment Sunday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. at the Carbonear United Church basement.

Dinner and Auction
Hosted by St. Matthew’s Church in Bay Roberts on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Canadian Legion in Spaniard’s Bay. Doors open at 6 p.m. with dinner starting at 7pm. Three-course meal includes prime rib of beef. There will be both a live and silent auction. Call Pat Clarke (786-3646) for tickets.

Country music open mic
The Conception Harbour Heritage Group is hosting its monthly Sunday afternoon old time country music open mic on Oct. 20 at the Parish Hall next to the Jamie Murphy Memorial at 2 pm.
