JOHN­SON, Brid­get A.— Passed peace­fully away at St. Pa­trick’s Mercy Home, St. John’s on Fri­day, De­cem­ber 6, 2013, Brid­get A. John­son of North­ern Bay, age 93 years. Pre­de­ceased by hus­band: John; son: John; daugh­ter: Mercedes; brothers: Ron­ald, Michael, Alphon­sus, Cyril, Wil­liam and Thomas; sis­ter: Mary Ai­dan. Left to mourn, six daugh­ters: Mary Soo­ley, On­tario, Regina (Mark) Fardy, Syd­ney, NS, Ber­nice (David) John­son, North­ern Bay, Pa­tri­cia (Wal­ter) Bad­cock, Goulds, Stella John­son, North­ern Bay and Ber­nadette (Fred­er­ick) Bursey, Mount Pearl; three sons: Do­minic (Phyl­lis), PEI, Ai­dan (Bev­er­ley), North­ern Bay and Phillip (Donna), North­ern Bay; son-in-law: Barry Sel­lars, Mount Pearl; twenty grand­chil­dren; six­teen great-grand­chil­dren; sis­ter-in­law: El­iz­a­beth How­ell, North­ern Bay; also a large num­ber of other rel­a­tives and friends. Rested at Noel’s Fu­neral Home, Main High­way, Western Bay. Fr. Frank Ayl­ward con­ducted the Fu­neral Mass on Mon­day, De­cem­ber 9 from Cor­pus Christi Ro­man Catholic Church, North­ern Bay. In­ter­ment took place in the Cor­pus Christi Ro­man Catholic Ceme­tery, North­ern Bay. Do­na­tions in her mem­ory may be made to Cor­pus Christi R.C. Church, Main­te­nance and Ceme­tery Fund. Pre­de­ceased by hus­band: John Gault; son: Robert; par­ents: Robert and Beatrice Davis and brother: Charles.
