Day of mourn­ing event

The Con­cep­tion Bay Re­gional Com­mu­nity Cen­tre will hold a day of mourn­ing event April 28 at 4 p.m. to rec­og­nize those who have been in­jured or killed in a workplace in­ci­dent.

Li­brary meet­ing

Com­edy on fire

A night of com­edy hosted by funny-man John Shee­han is in its fourth year. The an­nual Com­edy on Fire event will be held at the Har­bour Breeze in Har­bour Grace Satur­day, May 3 at 9 p.m. The show un-cut, and open to ev­ery­one 18 and over. Tick­ets avail­able at Needs in Har­bour Grace, Cana­dian Tire and Von Stitch Stu­dios in Car­bon­ear. Pro­ceeds will be do­nated to the Har­bour Grace vol­un­teer fire bri­gade.

Pa­rade and com­mem­o­ra­tion
