Open Mic

The Shearstown Li­ons Club is host- ing its monthly Sun­day af­ter­noon open mic show on June 14th. The doors open at 1:00 p.m. and the mu­sic starts at 2:00 p.m. Can­teen ser­vice is avail­able. Join the other per­form­ers at the open mic or bring your in­stru­ment and play along or just tap your feet to that great old coun­try beat. Me­mo­rial Day pa­rade

Any Mem­ber of the Royal Canadian Le­gion Car­bon­ear that wish to take part in the July 1 pa­rade are ask to be at the Le­gion on Ban­ner­man Street that day by 10:00 am to be bused at 10:15 am to the Sal­va­tion Army park­ing lot. New Hope Al-ANON

The Trinity Con­cep­tion NARANON Fam­ily Group of­fers a 12step pro­gram de­signed to help rel­a­tives and friends of ad­dicts re­cover from the ef­fects of their ad­dic­tion.
