A number of female baseball players from the Conception Bay North region are amongst 11 shortlisted for Team NL.

In release from Baseball NL, five players from the Baseball CBN Bulldogs system will be representing their province at the Baseball Canada National under-16 Championships in Vaughn, Ont., Aug. 18-22.

For Stephanie Crane (Upper Island Cove) and Victoria Reardon (Bryant’s Cove) it’ll be their third summer donning Team NL red. It’ll be Jenna Lee Ralph’s (Spaniard’s Bay) second tour with the team.

Meanwhile, Hillary Reardon (Bryant’s Cove) and Madison Coombs (Bryant’s Cove) will get their first taste of provincial team action.
