Can’t buy local if it isn’t offered
We hear it so often - “support local” - and we try to do that as best we can.
Today, when I returned from shopping at a local supermarket, I examined closely the name on the package of carrots we hastily purchased. It said “Product of Dora Farm Israel.” Yes, all the way from Israel. Holy carrots? Perhaps. I rest my case. Bill Westcott writes from Bay Roberts
