SUNDAY Old-Time Country Music
The Bay Roberts Lions Club is hosting an old time country musicbluegrass open mic session on the fourth Sunday of every month. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the show starts at 2 p.m. There is a $5 cover charge at the door and cafeteria service is available. Musicians are encouraged to bring along an instrument and participate in the entertainment or just sit and tap your feet to the sound of some of your favorite country songs. Hope to see you there.

Canada Revenue Agency’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program offers free income tax preparation clinics where volunteers complete return for eligible people. Income information can be
dropped off at public libraries in Bay Roberts and Bay Roberts from now to April 30 during regular operating hours. A volunteer will also be available every Saturday at Parish of the Resurrection in South River up to and including April 28 from 2-4 p.m. For people with a modest income and a simple tax situation.
