Woman injured in single vehicle crash
A woman was trapped in her vehicle after it flipped onto its roof Tuesday evening.
Kelowna RCMP were called to the scene of a single-vehicle rollover collision in the 14000 block of Highway 33 at 7:13 p.m.
The grey Toyota Corolla was travelling west when the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle, which rolled onto its roof, said Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey.
The driver, a 60-year-old Vernon woman, sustained minor non-life threatening injuries. She was transported to the hospital and her vehicle was towed from the scene.
Any witnesses who have yet to speak with police are asked to contact RCMP at 250-762-3300.
