The Alzheimer Society hosts a public education lecture on Jan. 14 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the Simcoe Public Library with Dr. J.B. Orange that will focus on communicating with individuals who have dementia. It will examine the complexity of human communication, the importance of communication to caregivers, as well as strategies to enhance communication.
