Opening day at the Norfolk County Fair
Delhi District Secondary School won its ninth consecutive Young Canada Day title at the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show in Simcoe on Oct. 2.
It rained during Young Canada Day at the Norfolk County Fair but the students crowded into the Lloyd S. Culver grandstand didn't let that get in the way of their good time. Among those cheering their schoolmates on to victory were Madi Armstrong and Chris Evelyn of Delhi District Secondary School.

High school students from across Norfolk converged on the Lloyd S. Culver grandstand at the Norfolk County Fair for Young Canada Day on Tuesday, Oct. 2. Many of them sported bright school colours and wild outfits and hairdos. Among them were Grade 12 students William Dearlove and Taylor Demore of Delhi District Secondary School.
This group of Norwich parents enjoyed the Young Canada Day festivities at the grandstand during the opening day of the Norfolk County Fair Oct. 2. Their children attend Delhi District Secondary School so the parents decided to hang out while the kids settled cheerleading, tug-of-war and road race bragging rights for another year.
