Who is ATCOen­ergy?

ATCOen­ergy is ATCO’s new elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas retail com­pany that prom­ises Al­ber­tans out­stand­ing ser­vice and lower costs for their homes and busi­nesses. ATCOen­ergy is a pos­i­tive en­ergy com­pany that re­wards its cus­tomers for loy­alty, of­fers a wide range of “no strings at­tached” plans and is com­mit­ted to an easy, pos­i­tive ex­pe­ri­ence.

Why should cus­tomers choose ATCOen­ergy?

ATCOen­ergy will earn your busi­ness by of­fer­ing great rates, a pos­i­tive ex­pe­ri­ence and out­stand­ing ser­vice that cus­tomers have come to ex­pect from ATCO. The com­pany be­gan by ask­ing Al­ber­tans what they wanted from an elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas com­pany. This in­put be­came the blue­print for ATCOen­ergy and is re­flected in the cus­tomer ben­e­fits in our of­fer: • Up to $100 in sign-up in­cen­tives: New cus­tomers will re­ceive a credit on their first bill based on the type and term of the elec­tric­ity or nat­u­ral gas plan they choose: $100 for 3 and 5 year elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas bun­dles, $50 for a 1 year elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas bun­dle or $25 when you choose a sin­gle ser­vice. • Up to $50 credit: To thank cus­tomers for their loy­alty, cus­tomers will re­ceive a $50 credit ev­ery year on the an­niver­sary of their sign-up dur­ing the term of their se­lected elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas bun­dle plan, or $25 if they

an­niver­sary sign up for a sin­gle elec­tric­ity or nat­u­ral gas plan. • “Green” elec­tric­ity op­tions: Cus­tomers can se­lect 25 per cent or 100 per cent of their elec­tric­ity plan to come from re­new­able sources for a small pre­mium which is charged on your con­sump­tion in kWh. • Con­ve­nient pay­ment op­tions ATCOen­ergy makes pay­ing for your elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas both con­ve­nient and easy. Pay­ment op­tions in­clude one­time or re­cur­ring credit card pay­ments, au­to­matic bank with­drawals, cheques or pay­ments through your fi­nan­cial in­sti­tu­tion. • A sim­ple sign-up process Cus­tomers can sign-up on­line at ATCOen­ergy.com or by call­ing 1-844-OUR ATCO-(6872826). On­line, cus­tomers have the added ben­e­fit of ac­cess­ing the on­line concierge who will fast-track the sign-up process by view­ing an up­loaded ver­sion of a cus­tomer’s ex­ist­ing bill and fol­low­ing up with them to con­ve­niently com­plete the check­out. Cus­tomers can also ask ques­tions via the on­line web chat. • No penalty cancellations With ATCOen­ergy, you’re never locked in. Cus­tomers can­cel with­out penalty with 15 days no­tice. • Low ad­min­is­tra­tion fees: On a sin­gle ser­vice plan cus­tomers will pay just $7 per month. By com­bin­ing elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas ser­vice in a bun­dled plan, cus­tomers will still pay only $7— a sav­ings of 50 per cent.

What types of plans does ATCOen­ergy of­fer?

ATCOen­ergy of­fers flex­i­ble plans with vari­able or guar­an­teed prices for elec­tric­ity and/ or nat­u­ral gas. Plans span 1, 3, or 5 years. Cus­tomers can change to a new plan time, with­out penalty. Com­pared to ex­ist­ing re­tail­ers, how much will the av­er­age con­sumer save with ATCOen­ergy? ATCOen­ergy is com­mit­ted to sav­ing Al­ber­tans money on their elec­tric­ity and nat­u­ral gas bills. Mar­ket rates change con­stantly, but our com­mit­ment to de­liv­er­ing low prices along with a sign-up in­cen­tive, an an­niver­sary credit and the low­est ad­min­is­tra­tion fees, sets us apart from oth­ers.
