Chil­dren, par­tic­u­larly be­tween the ages of 4 and 7, are in­vited to the li­brary for a very spe­cial video-con­fer­ence on Wed­nes­day, July 20 at 3:00 p.m. Best-sell­ing au­thors Rick and Erica Bergh will lead in a singa-long as they en­gage you in their chil­dren’s books! Come and dis­cover the story, the mu­sic, and the peo­ple be­hind sto­ries such as Mr. Lum­ber­jack, I Want to Play with the Sun and the Stretchy Cheese Pizza.

For bud­ding artists in the com­mu­nity, lis­ten to some sto­ries and learn to bring char­ac­ters to life at Learn to Draw: Poke­mon & Calvin, an in­ter­ac­tive video con­fer­ence on Fri­day, July 22, 2016 - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the Rock­y­ford Li­brary. This event is rec­om­mended for ages 10+, but every­one is wel­come. Par­tic­i­pants should bring a pen­cil, white eraser and crayons (if they want to colour their draw­ings). The li­brary will pro­vide the pa­per.

En­joy Rock­y­ford Li­brary’s first movie night this sum­mer, when we present Zootopia at 6:00 p.m., on Wed­nes­day, July 20, in the meet­ing room. Free pop­corn and drinks.
