The Drumheller Mail - - CLASSIFIEDS - Emily hollingshead

If you visited the library this summer, you know we had lots happening, especially for kids. What you might not have known is that we were busy behind the scenes, too, developing a packed Fall calendar! You can get our full calendar at the library or on our website, and we’ll have copies at the Sports Expo on September 7.

We only have one new program coming, which I’ll introduce next week, but we have made significant change to our schedule.

We’ve noticed that you have a hard time making it to some of our programs – especially those we offer in the evenings. So we’ve set up a Saturday morning rotation instead.

This Fall you’ll find a free, instructor-led Art @ the Library the first Saturday of every month, an opportunity to learn and share your projects with other Writers of Dinosaur Valley the second Saturday of every month, a simple Beginner Sewing project with Charlotte the third Saturday of every month, and a chance to play with science, technology, engineering, and math as a family at STEM Saturday the fourth Saturday of every month. Fifth Fridays will be special – we’ll tell you more about that later, too! All Saturday morning programs will run 10 am to 12 pm, and we’ll have more information available on our website and in the library. See you Saturday!

For more information on programs, events and services at the library, visit our website at www.drumhellerlibrary. ca, or call us at 403-823-1371. We’re also on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest!
