It looks like we won’t have snow for Hallowe’en this year, but we have sure been getting our share of fog, doesn’t that mean rain in three months?
I see the poppies for Remembrance Day are out in all the business places now. Remember to buy and wear a poppy for Remembrance Day., support our Veterans.
Twenty two students from the Neu Muelh Colony raised over $3,200. for cancer in the Terry Fox Run this year, a great accomplishment for a worthy cause, they are to be commended.
Delia Kidsport will be having their annual fundraiser raffle table at the Delia Christmas Bazaar. The Travelling Basket Raffle is making its way through the local businesses. Please support this worthwhile organization so that we can help local kids participate in sports.
The Birthday Party for November at the Delia Drop In Centre, for members and friends having a birthday in October or November, will be held on Wednesday, November 9 , at 2 p.m., with Charle and Joan as hostesses for the day. The general meeting will be held at 10 a.m., the morning of Thursday, November 10. Potluck is on the third Thursday, November 17, at noon sharp. Come along and join us for potluck. Crib night is held the last Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.
