The problem with a chinook is the ice it leaves behind. With the snow on top of the ice it can be quite treacherous walking around.

It’s exam week at the school so social activities are a bit quieter. The Junior High boys basketball team have a home game on Wednesday at 4:15 against Hanna.
The Morrin Figure Skating Club has been busy attending skating competitions and doing very well by the look of all the medals coming home. Congratulations to the skaters and their coaches.
On February 10 the Munson and Area Community Association will be having a “Drive-In Movie Night for kids of all ages. We encourage the kids to make and bring their own cardboard box car, bring a blanket and watch the movie Trolls. The event starts at 7:00, the movie is free and there will be a small concession for minimal cost. Come join the fun.
Don’t forget the events coming up in the next couple of months for us to look forward to. The Morrin Figure Skating Club is presenting Five of Diamonds on February 4 at the Rumsey Hall. For more details give Krystal Sharpe a call. Five of Diamonds is a band based out of Hanna. Sounds like a great night.
