Greetings & Salutations! Here’s what’s new this week in the Standard Community…
The Standard Lionettes would like to express their appreciation and gratitude to all who supported the annual “Ladies Night Out” fundraiser, from the donors to the attendees. This is what makes the event happen and helps make a difference in the community. This year’s theme “Dancin Through the Decades” brought out many ladies in a wide variety of costumes, from the flapper girls of the roaring 20’s to the punk rockers in the 80’s. A variety show hosted by Mary Ann Santerre-Oxtoby took the ladies singing and dancing through the decades. Make sure to mark your calendars for next April’s Ladies Night Out. All proceeds raised go towards community betterment.
