Di­nosaur Trail RV Re­sort opens new camp­ing cab­ins

Di­nosaur Trail RV Re­sort, a mem­ber of Western Canada’s largest RV camp­ing net­work, opened six new camp­ing cab­ins and a three-room sleep­ing cabin at Drumheller’s busiest camp­ground. The RV re­sort and camp­ground is lo­cated less than 5 min­utes from the Royal Tyrrell Mu­seum.

Sur­rounded by friends, lo­cal busi­nesses, the Drumheller Cham­ber of Com­merce, Town Coun­cil­lors, Drumheller Tourism, Al­berta Parks and other in­ter­ested pub­lic; Betty and Doug Call­beck, Man­agers at the Re­sort, were ex­cited to show peo­ple around the cab­ins at the grand open­ing.

Betty stated, “We have spent the last few months ren­o­vat­ing and out­fit­ting the cab­ins and are proud to have them open for ev­ery­one’s use. We are the only lo­cal RV Re­sort to have a heated pool; as well as play­grounds, ca­noes, recre­ation hall, store and tons of chil­dren ac­tiv­i­ties.”

The cab­ins fea­ture all the lux­u­ries of home while en­joy­ing the great out­doors. Each cabin comes com­plete with its own park­ing spot, out­side cov­ered deck, firepit, full kitchen, free WIFI, TV and Blu-ray, wash­room and shower and can sleep 4 to 6 peo­ple.
