It’s all inclusive. Club members, the business community and the general public combine to raise funds for community projects through the bi-annual Rotary Radio Auction October 11 and 12 at the Greentree Mall. Members are currently visiting businesses for articles to auction off to the highest bidder. This is a good advertising opportunity. And Hi-Way 9 Express invites all to come down for wine and cheese while bidding on the items. For those at home, or travelling, tune into CFCW, keep up with the bidding and then call in to become the highest bidder on any item. Rotary thanks Hi-Way 9, Sun Life and Riverside Value Drug Mart for sponsoring the radio broadcast.

Rotarians just finished a work project to assist the Atlas Coal Mine in the installation of Information Centres. Now, club members will volunteer to help Ignite Your Spark September 27. Eight Hundred students from the Valley, Standard, Carbon, Morrin and Delia schools will attend.
