Well, the sec­ond win­tery blast (first for those who live in the val­ley) was a dandy and maybe we will get all the mois­ture this win­ter that we didn’t get last sum­mer. Glad it didn’t hap­pen on Hal­loween as the lit­tle and Not so Lit­tle Hal­loween­ers would have had a bad time. We had 21 kids and their par­ents and en­joyed ev­ery visit. Some great cos­tumes!

No­tice to all Ver­dant Val­ley Ag So­ci­ety mem­bers and hope­ful mem­bers. The an­nual meet­ing of the Ag So­ci­ety will be held on Tues­day, Novem­ber 14 at the Com­mu­nity Cen­ter at 7:00 p.m. Mem­ber­ships are due now with dead­line of Jan­uary 31, 2018. There are spe­cial priv­i­leges for mem­bers and so we en­cour­age you to join our com­mu­nity or­ga­ni­za­tion. We really en­cour­age you to attend the an­nual meet­ing.
