We were very sorry to hear of t he p assing of a f ormer Delia r esident, E velyn B attle, who p assed away dur ing t he holiday season, in Lethbridge.
Evelyn served as the Administrator for the Village of Delia for many years, as well as operating t he E sso st ation w ith her husband, Russ Battle. Evelyn w as pr edeceased by her husband Russ and s on, Gary. Sincere sympathy of the community goes out to her mother and two da ughters, who survive her , a s we ll a s man y relatives and a host of friends. Rest in p eace, Evelyn, we w ill miss you.
