Contestant for the Nomination for the UCP Drumheller/Stettler riding

The Drumheller Mail - - NEWS -

I’m seeking the nomination for the United Conservative Party in the Drumheller/Stettler riding. I’m a 37 year old cow/calf producer and farmer in the Pollockville area, south of Hanna. My wife Jennifer and I have two young kids: Avery (4) and Luke (1). I achieved a diploma from Olds College in AgriBusiness, and later a degree in Agriculture from the University of Lethbridge.

My community involvement has included board positions on the Berry Creek Ag Society, and executive positions on the Hardgrass Hall Club and Hardgrass Bronc Match Committee. Staying involved in my local community has always been very important to me.

I became involved with our local Constituency Association after the last election and sat as a delegate during the PC leadership contest. I believe Jason Kenney is the right person to lead Alberta in 2019, and I would like to help him introduce our new UCP brand to Albertans in the next election. I believe my strengths are finding solutions, forging relationships with people, and building consensus. I look forward to having positive, productive relationships with all the municipalities of this riding, to further the unification of fiscal conservatives and see our constituency become a leader in Alberta’s new conservative movement.
