BOOT CAMP: 7 to 8 p.m., Mon, and Wed., 276 Lyn­d­hurst Rd. (Sweets Cor­ners), Lyn­d­hurst. This fit­ness boot camp is de­signed to build strength and fit­ness through a va­ri­ety of in­tense in­ter­vals in 60 min­utes. Par­tic­i­pants work at their own pace and in­crease in­ten­sity as they are ready. If you’ve never tried a boot camp be­fore, this is the per­fect op­por­tu­nity. Fall Ses­sion Oct. 9 – Dec. 18, Win­ter Ses­sion Jan. 8 – Mar. 12. Fee $50/once a week, $80/twice a week, $7 drop-in.

BAD­MINTON CLUB: 7 to 10 p.m. 101 King St. W., TIES, Lans­downe. Mon., Wed., Fri. Get Fit and Have Fun! Com­pet­i­tive and recre­ational dou­bles play for ladies and gentle­men. We are com­mit­ted to con­tin­u­ally im­prov­ing our skills and chal­leng­ing our fit­ness lev­els. Feather birds are pro­vided and rac­quets are avail­able. Whether you are com­pet­i­tive or are just out for ex­er­cise, bad­minton is a great way to spend your time!
