Its menu, which revolves around gastropub style of cooking, combined with the modern bistro cuisine, features the produce and delicious flavours from across Eastern Ontario, creating fresh and inspiring dishes. This modern bistro offers warm, casual dining that includes an outstanding selection of fresh produce and classic bistro specialties with a modern twist.
General manager Hassan Rafiei, having worked in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years, has enjoyed the busy lifestyle of the hospitality business and is very excited to be working alongside Chef Lewis Meehan at Sheep’s Head Bistro. During his off days, Hassan can be found enjoying his time with friends and family. His favourite food is Kabab Koobideh which is a traditional Iranian dish. When it comes to service, Hassan aims to make guest satisfaction his number one priority; second is the happiness of his staff.
