Gen­eral man­ager Has­san Rafiei, hav­ing worked in the hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try for the past 12 years, has en­joyed the busy life­style of the hos­pi­tal­ity busi­ness and is very ex­cited to be work­ing along­side Chef Lewis Mee­han at Sheep’s Head Bistro. Dur­ing his off days, Has­san can be found en­joy­ing his time with friends and fam­ily. His favourite food is Kabab Koobideh which is a tra­di­tional Ira­nian dish. When it comes to ser­vice, Has­san aims to make guest sat­is­fac­tion his num­ber one pri­or­ity; sec­ond is the hap­pi­ness of his staff.
