It was in Alberta in 2006 visiting my wife’s cousin who supplies stock to the Stampede. We were out at their ranch and took a half a day and did a trail ride up into the foothills.

Anika Marsh, Dunvegan:

The last time was last year when I rode with my stepsister. The horse's name was Scout.

Bianca Rothschild, Fassifern:

Last year when I went on Oreo. But the horse got scared and I almost fell off.

Shyanne Robertson, Martintown:

Last Wednesday. I went riding in Summerstown. I own two horses and they are called Ginger and Jack. Horseback riding is my favourite thing to do.

Jim Tilker, Dunvegan:

It was 50 years ago when I was the best man at a wedding in Harriston. The groom introduced me to Jeannie, a quarter horse, and said, “Jump on.” I held onto the saddle as she went out and cut and cut. It scared the hell out of me.
