Give out some treats, and help grant a wish

This Hal­loween stu­dents from across Prince Ed­ward Is­land will be do­ing their part to help grant the wish of an Is­land child.

Stu­dents from Corn­wall, Strat­ford, Char­lot­te­town, and the east­ern part of Prince Ed­ward Is­land will be par­tic­i­pat­ing in the an­nual Chil- dren’s Wish Foun­da­tion Hal­loween Coin Cam­paign.

As chil­dren go door to door trick or treat­ing they will have small coin boxes that peo­ple will be able to make a do­na­tion to the Chil­dren’s Wish Foun­da­tion Prince Ed­ward Is­land Chap­ter.

All money raised will be used to grant one of the seven wishes the Is­land chap­ter is cur­rently work­ing on.

In to­tal 10 Is­land schools will be par­tic­i­pat­ing in this year’s cam­paign. They in­clude Belfast Con­sol­i­dated, Cardi­gan Con­sol­i­dated, Don­agh, Eliot River Ele­men­tary, En­gle­wood, Park­dale Ele­men­tary, South­ern Kings Con­sol­i­dated, Spring Park Ele­men­tary, West Royalty Ele­men­tary and Westwood Pri­mary.
