Work­ers Com­pen­sa­tion Boards meet in P.E.I.

The lead­ers of Work­ers Com­pen­sa­tion Boards across the coun­try gath­ered in Prince Ed­ward Is­land last week to share best prac­tices, emerg­ing trends and dis­cuss ways to fur­ther sup­port em­ploy­ers and work­ers across Canada through ef­fec­tive and strate­gic gov­er­nance. The Gov­er­nance Sum­mit is or­ga­nized by the As­so­ci­a­tion of Work­ers Com­pen­sa­tion Boards of Canada. The as­so­ci­a­tion was founded in 1919 as a non-profit or­ga­ni­za­tion to fa­cil­i­tate the ex­change of in­for­ma­tion be­tween Work­ers' Com­pen­sa­tion Boards and Com­mis­sions.
