Frozen banana bites

Peel and cut three bananas into thick slices. Add a dab of peanut but­ter and cre­ate a banana peanut sand­wich. Place on parch­ment lined bak­ing sheet and freeze for two hours.

Melt to­gether 1⁄3 C of co­conut oil, 1½ cups of semisweet cho­co­late chips. Re­move from heat and add ½ tsp vanilla ex­tract. Dip banana sand­wiches in and then re­freeze.
