HGS Canada hir­ing 30 more cus­tomer ser­vice as­so­ci­ates

HGS Canada an­nounced it is once again grow­ing its Mon­tague based in-bound con­tact cen­tre lo­ca­tion.

The HGS Mon­tague site is re­cruit­ing an ad­di­tional 30 full­time cus­tomer ser­vice as­so­ci­ates dur­ing the sum­mer, fol­low­ing in­creased busi­ness from a high pro­file client.

“It’s ex­cit­ing to lead HGS Mon­tague into the next stage of growth with our client,” said site di­rec­tor, Anuschka Jam, in a news re­lease. “We have 30 ad­di­tional full-time as­so­ciate po­si­tions to fill over the com­ing weeks. This will in­crease our Mon­tague work­force to 120 em­ploy­ees.”

HGS Mon­tague is an award­win­ning site that has its roots in the Mar­itimes and has been run­ning since 2002. The HGS Mon­tague site has earned the HGS Pres­i­dent’s Cup three times in the past two years, as well as mul­ti­ple awards from the ma­jor client.

The com­pany has nine ad­di­tional cen­tres based in Nova Sco­tia and On­tario with a re­cent ex­pan­sion into Wind­sor, Ont.
