Tues., July 7, and Wed., July 8: - University Avenue will be closed from Kirkwood Drive to Pond Street. - Summer Street will be closed from Queen Street to Upper Prince Street. - Eden Street will be closed from Willow Street to Upper Prince Street. - North River Road will be available for through traffic because there will not be paving on Tuesday. Contractors working with the City of Charlottetown Public Works and Water and Sewer Utility departments will try to have either University Avenue or North River Road open at all times to ease traffic congestion during the course of the two projects. The goal will be to avoid having both University Avenue and North River Road closed.
