Macphail expands menu
An expanded organic garden, a new kitchen, and special training from a renowned chef is raising the bar when it comes to fine dining at the Sir Andrew Macphail homestead. Huestis. “We now have a ten foot island for the staff to use in food preparation as well as new equipment to go with it.”
The 1830s homestead was the summer home of Sir Andrew Macphail and is now home to tours, research projects, walking trails, dining experiences and the ecological forestry project.
