MACDONALD, Tina Ann
The funeral for Tina MacDonald, of Charlottetown, was held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home to St. Pius X Church where the funeral mass was celebrated by Reverend Maurice Praught, who also delivered the homily. The funeral pall was placed by her sisters, Lynn MacDonald, Kim MacDonald and Robin MacDonald. The first lesson was proclaimed by coworker, Kendra Dollar, and the second lesson was proclaimed by niece, Reiley MacDonald. The prayers of intercession were offered by aunt, Judy Driscoll. The funeral mass was sung by St. Pius X funeral choir under the direction of organist, Synthia MacEachern. Violinist was Frank Lechowich. During the funeral, the choir sang the entrance hymn, Lord Of All Hopefulness; the offertory hymn, The Summons; the communion hymn, Bread Of Life; and the recessional hymn, How Great Thou Art. The pallbearers were brothers, Robert MacDonald, Troy MacDonald, Todd MacDonald and Kent MacDonald, and coworkers, Don Cameron and Kendall Cotton. Honorary pallbearers were all those in attendance. Among those attending the funeral liturgy were representatives of First on Site. The interment took place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery where Father Praught held the graveside service.
