Av­o­cado Egg Bake

Pit an av­o­cado and re­move two ta­ble­spoons of flesh. Place av­o­cado in a small bak­ing dish. Crack and egg into the av­o­cado. Bake for 15-20 min at 425. Gar­nish with pep­per, chives or what­ever you like. De­li­cious! From pop­sugar.com
