Trio of per­form­ers at the Trail­side, July 10

Three singer-song­writ­ers and per­form­ers will be play­ing the Trail­side Cafe' & Inn in Mount Stewart on Fri­day, July 10.

Tom Ter­rell is cel­e­brat­ing his de­but, self ti­tled al­bum; a record of beau­ti­ful blue songs, writ­ten through the see­ing eyes of the ar­che­typal ram­bler. He sings in a style rem­i­nis­cent of the vintage voices of the past.

Scot­land's Rachel Ser­manni is well re­spected around the globe as a top notch singer and song­writer, known for her abil­ity to cap­ti­vate and in­spire au­di­ences. Ser­manni brought in 2014 singing a tra­di­tional Scot­tish folk song to a silent, can­dlelit crowd of over 10,000 peo­ple last year at The Wood­ford Folk Fes­ti­val. Over the years she has sup­ported many mar­vels in­clud­ing John Grant, Fink, KT Tun­stall, Stornoway, Rumer, Mum­ford and Sons, Ron Sex­smith and Elvis Costello.

Men­zie is known for his pow­er­ful voice and en­er­getic live shows and has been com­pared to U2, Fleet Foxes and Tom Petty. He is cur­rently record­ing his fol­low up al­bum with ECMA award-win­ning pro­ducer Daniel Led­well which will be re­leased in the spring of 2016.
