Hemp powder recall
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall notice for a hemp protein powder sold in Prince Edward Island and other provinces. Hempola brand hemp powder is being recalled due to undeclared gluten. The product is sold in two sizes- 454 grams and five pounds - and is sold at Best Buy. The company that makes the powder is called Hempola Valley Farms. It is sold in P.E.I. as well as New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
