Hemp pow­der re­call

The Cana­dian Food In­spec­tion Agency has is­sued a re­call no­tice for a hemp pro­tein pow­der sold in Prince Ed­ward Is­land and other prov­inces. Hem­pola brand hemp pow­der is be­ing re­called due to un­de­clared gluten. The prod­uct is sold in two sizes- 454 grams and five pounds - and is sold at Best Buy. The com­pany that makes the pow­der is called Hem­pola Val­ley Farms. It is sold in P.E.I. as well as New Brunswick, New­found­land and Labrador, On­tario, Que­bec and Al­berta.
