Charlottetown man stole several video games from drug store
Sentence has been suspended in the case of a 22- year-old Charlottetown man who stole a number of video games from Shoppers Drug Mart.
Jeremy Joseph Cummiskey was placed on probation for 12 months.
While on probation he must undergo assessment, counseling and treatment, if required, for any underlying issue that may have contributed to the commission of this offence.
Cummiskey must also pay restitution to Shoppers Drug Mart of $59.85 for the merchandise he stole.
He’s prohibited from returning to the store.
