Over the next several days, The Guardian will be running some of their tips to keep cool, even on summer’s hottest days: Spritz yourself. Keep a spray bottle in the refrigerator and when you come in from outside, give yourself a cool and refreshing spritz. As the water evaporates, it helps bring your body temperature down.
