The death oc­curred at the Prince County Hos­pi­tal, Summerside, on Tues­day, July 14, 2015, of June Cameron, R.N., of Blue Shank Road, Summerside, aged 84 years. She was a grad­u­ate of the St. John Hos­pi­tal School of Nurs­ing, Class of 1953. Born in Lower Mill­stream, N.B., she was the daugh­ter of the late Austin and An­nie (Cor­bett) Walker. Sur­vived by her chil­dren, Scott (Su­san) Cameron, Summerside; Brooke Cameron, Summerside; Trudy (Michael) Gil­bert­son, Win­nipeg, MB; grand­chil­dren, Emily, Nathan (Genevie) and Jor­dan (Ash­ley) Cameron; great-grand­son, Finn; her twin brother, John (Vi­vian) Walker; sis­ters, Hope Brown and Inez McMann; and by nu­mer­ous nieces, neph­ews and cousins. Pre­de­ceased by her hus­band, Lea Cameron; and by a sis­ter, Jean Roberts. Rest­ing at the Moase Fu­neral Home, Summerside, where fu­neral ser­vice will be held on Fri­day at 11 a.m. In­ter­ment in Flo­ral Hills Me­mo­rial Gar­dens, Pleas­ant Val­ley. Vis­it­ing hours Thurs­day from 6-8 p.m. Me­mo­rial do­na­tions to In­te­grated Pal­lia­tive Care would be ap­pre­ci­ated.
