Mimi Blass to perform at Milton Hall

Known as Montreal's piano phenom, Blais is one of the most highly trained and gifted pianists on the U.S. and international circuits, particularly noted for her flawless technique at the piano, her wit and charming French accent, as well as the humorous gaslight era personas she adds to her energetic and highly entertaining performances.
Often dubbed the female Victor Borge, the Celine Dion of the keyboard and the French Canadian Liberacette, she is a headliner at music festivals worldwide, including the Sziget Festival in Budapest, the Bohem Ragtime and Jazz Festival in Kecskemet, Hungary, and the Oslo, Norway Jazz Festival.
In 2013, she was invited by the Canadian Embassy to perform in Switzerland, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro. In summer 2014, she played in France and in the Nederland.
She studied at the Quebec Conservatory of Music and McGill University in Montreal, earning advanced degrees in both classical piano and performing arts.
